The East Coast Umpires Association, formerly known as the Palm Beach Officials Association was formed in 1976 to provide the Palm Beach County School Board with officials for both baseball and softball. Over the years and through tremendous efforts on behalf of the entire association, we have become recognized as one of the elite group of officials in the state.
Great efforts by our training committees keep us up to date on rule changes, mechanics, and everyday workings of the umpire. We strive to succeed and provide our High School athletes with the most competent umpires available through out Palm Beach County.
Please contact us if you are new to the area and are interested in officiating high school baseball or softball .... We are not limited to experienced umpires, we'll train you. All you need to bring is a desire to learn. Click on the link to download the  ECUA Membership application or visit our New Members page.
